DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY SERVICES FOR ALL PRODUCTS?

Yes, we deliver our products mainly through trusted couriers such as JRS Express and J&T Express. For more delicate products like our gift boxes, we deliver personally at a standard fee.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED?

All products are carefully hand-packed so the quality and packaging are kept at a high standard. Dents and minimal damage may be expected from the shipping process but let us know as soon as these are observed after delivery so we can make things right by you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items severly damaged must be consulted immediately and upon discussion, should be sent back to us immediately. Based on agreement, we will ship the replacement within 3-5 business days.
